Caroline Tolman is a passionate padel player, qualified coach, and co-owner of Optimum Padel in Leeds. Alongside competing in tournaments, she coaches players of all abilities and is dedicated to growing the sport by creating a welcoming, inclusive community both on and off the court. With a background in business and property investment, Caroline combines her entrepreneurial experience with her love of padel, regularly organising networking events, coaching sessions, and competitions that bring people together through the game.
