The Inclusive Padel Tour (IPT) officially returned to the UK, kicking off its 2026 calendar with a successful opening event at Padel Maidenhead.
Bringing together players with and without disabilities, the Inclusive Padel Tour is helping to demonstrate why padel has become one of the world's most accessible and inclusive sports. The unique doubles format pairs one player with a disability alongside one without, creating an environment that celebrates competition, teamwork and community while breaking down barriers to participation.
The opening event attracted players and supporters from across the UK, showcasing the growing momentum behind inclusive padel and highlighting the sport's ability to welcome people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
As the UK's padel community continues to grow, initiatives such as the Inclusive Padel Tour are playing an important role in ensuring that accessibility remains at the heart of the sport's development.
