Matt Gray

Hi my name is Matthew, I’m a passionate racket sports coach and competitive padel player with over 10 years of experience in tennis and a growing career in padel. At 29, I’m an LTA Level 3 Tennis Coach and a BPCA Professional Padel Coach, combining my experience across both sports to help players develop, improve and enjoy the game.

I currently work as Head Padel Coach at Deuce Padel Rochdale, where I deliver both group and individual coaching sessions to players of all abilities. Alongside coaching, I regularly compete in padel competitions, giving me a strong understanding of the competitive side of the sport and allowing me to continually develop my own game.

I’m passionate about growing padel in the UK and being involved in every aspect of the sport - from introducing new players to padel, developing competitive players and competing myself, to creating content and engaging with the wider padel community.
