A friend asked if I wanted to come and play padel, not knowing anything about it I thought yeah why not and that was that! From the second the match finished I was hooked! 

 

By the third time I played I’d already gone out and bought my own racket and shoes and was constantly nagging my friends to come and play again and again! 

 

Then I discovered open matches and my opponent was recording the game which gave me the idea to start “PadelWithNate” what initially started as a page I could post my progress and have clips of big shots and fails has turned into something much bigger and I’m enjoying every second of it! 

 

I’ve met some amazing people along the way and I’m only just getting started. Picked up my first racket only 6 months ago and started my content pages around 4-5 months ago and honestly I’m blown away with the support and opportunities it has brought me.

 

The community, competitiveness and inclusiveness of padel is what makes this wonderful sport we all love the best in the world!
